Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellation is free of charge before payment. Once processed or forwarded to the parcel service, handling and/or shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. Goods Damaged during Shipping: Notify us of any damages within 48 hours of receipt. We'll provide a prepaid return label for damaged goods. Using other return methods may incur non-refundable costs. Can I Return My Order? As a consumer, you have a 14-day "cooling-off period" for returns. Register your return via email to expect the package at our warehouse. Ensure the product is unused and in its original undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items:

Business sales ("business to business") are non-returnable unless agreed upon in advance. Personalized products, customizations, and discounted items cannot be returned.
